Craniosacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy can be either hands-on or remote. It focuses on restoring the natural movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the proper alignment of the sacrum, spine, and cranial bones.

"This technique employs a soft, gentle use of the hands to facilitate the self-correction of the craniosacral system. This improves fluid movement in all systems throughout the body. In turn, this enhances the supply of nutrients to cells; removal of toxins and waste products from the tissues; the circulation of immune cells, enhancing the body’s natural defenses against disease; and the movement of cerebrospinal fluid. Migraines, chronic neck and back are a few of many disorders that respond well to it."                       John E. Upledger, DO, OMM
