The Reconnection® is an accelerated exchange of the Energy, Light & Information found in the Reconnective Healing Frequencies. It is a focused formation to connect three systems: the ley lines of our planet, the meridian lines of the human body and the universal energy grid. The Reconnection is a once-in-a-lifetime, two-session experience that ties you into a timeless system of intelligence.

The efficacy of the Reconnective Healing Frequencies is recognized and supported by science, including researchers affiliated with institutions such as Harvard, Yale and Stanford.

Everyone's experience with Reconnective Healing® is unique, just as what each of us needs to heal is unique. Many times healings are reported after just one session. It is suggested that you receive up to three Reconnective Healing sessions and then allow your experience to unfold. Healings can come in all forms and may not be what you expected or requested. The optimal way to allow for a healing is to proceed in a state of open anticipation, without specific expectations or attachment to results.

Your healing session can be conducted either in person or remotely. If the healing is remote, you should arrange to be in a safe and comfortable place during the time of your appointment. Your appointment will need to be initiated by you, or the person you designate to make the call at the scheduled date and time.

For in person appointments please dress comfortably. You will be fully clothed, shoes off, resting face-up on a padded massage table. If you are unable to recline on your back accommodations can be made. It is not uncommon for there to be scents, fragrances and aromas appearing during the session. Please arrive for your appointment fragrance free so this part of your experience is not diminished or lost should it occur.

During the session you will be asked to lie down and close your eyes. Simply place your attention inside your body and observe what you’re feeling and allow yourself to notice whatever it is that brings itself to your attention. Be receptive to the experience, knowing that you are participating in a positive and exciting process brought to you by God/Love/Universe to give you exactly what you may need at this time. There is no need to breathe a special way, visualize relaxing scenes or desired results, meditate or repeat mantras. And, for optimal results, it is suggested that you not do so.

Reconnective Healing® sessions are typically 30-minutes in length. The healings occur outside of the constraints of time and space, so more time is not better. One to three sessions are normally suggested.

The Reconnection® consists of two sessions, generally 30-45 minutes in length, and ideally on consecutive or alternate days. While not required, it is suggested you experience one to three Reconnective Healing sessions prior to your Reconnection.

Please be aware that your session cannot be mixed with any other "energy" practices and you should avoid receiving "energy work" a few days prior to your appointment and through the weeks following. The more time you allow yourself to be in your own energy the more effective your session will be.
